A short film commissioned by National Youth Arts Wales to mark the year in which the Welsh Assembly granted sixteen and seventeen-year-olds the right to vote, Manifest for Megan is a poetic, personal reflection on growing up, remembering your roots and stretching your wings. Performed by Megan Gillard and filmed in her home town of Cwmparc. Directed by Catherine Dyson, filmed by On Par. Productions.
